Add an outline in a notebook.

1. Open a notebook. Go to the page that you would like to identify as the beginning of a specific section. 
2. Tap the button List Format in the top-right hand corner.
3. Tap Outline, then Add.  
4. Type in the title of that section in the box, then tab OK.
