Change the mode of scrolling and position of toolbar.

1. Open a notebook. 
2. Tap the More Options button in the right-top hand corner. 
3. Select the Options button on the right.
4. Choose your preferred mode of scrolling, i.e. vertical or horizontal, and the position of toolbar, i.e. top, right, bottom or left.
